Hi,
My spell checker is not working just like everyone elses!  It checks grammar
but not misspelled words.  I did do the regedit and checked the folders but
in the 1.0 I do not have the override folder.  Is there any way to fix my
spellchecker?
Thanks

Have you tried repairing your Word installation?

Hi, Thanks for your ideas; however, I did try repairing without success and
then I also tried removing and reinstalling without success.  Any other ideas?

Hi again, I did more reading and found a fix to my problem, but want to thank
you for your help!  I needed to go into word options, then add-ins, then
manage add-ins, and in the drop down list for disabled items my dictionary
was disabled and I needed to enable it, thus my spellchecker is now working
again!!! :0)

ubby_g - finding your solution was like stumbling across a needle in a
haystack. I have been trying to fix my Word 2007 spell checker for ages and
no luck . . . until your post. You have brought days and days of frustration
to an end!  Thank you kindly.
