In Word 2003, the data form button is in the Database toolbar. If your
cursor is in a table, clicking this button will convert each column to a data
field for entry in the dialog box. After completing, the data will be added
in rows to the table. This button can also be used to edit tables.
I cannot find these tools in Word 2007.

All of the tools that were on the 2003 Database toolbar are not in the 2007
ribbon but can be added to the Quick Access Toolbar. Right-click the QAT and
choose Customize; set the category to Commands Not in the Ribbon; and add these
buttons (the 2003 equivalents are in parentheses):
Data Form (Data Form)
Manage (Manage Fields)
Add (Add Record)
Delete Record (Delete Record)
Sort Ascending (Sort Ascending)
Sort Descending (Sort Descending)
Insert Database (Database)
Update (Update Field)
Mail Merge Document (Main Document)

I should add that there's a way to find these things for yourself. Download the
Word 2003 to Word 2007 command reference guide as an Excel workbook from
