I have a page of labels into which I am inserting all different information;
how do I push or move everything to insert a blank label (or cell) without
the old label moving past the right or left margin?  This is easier in
WordPerfect.

Without a lot of cutting and pasting you don't. Far simpler to store the
label data in a data file which you can edit and sort and merge it to new
labels - http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels_into_mail_merge.htm  and
http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_labels_with_word_xp.htm or
http://www.gmayor.com/merge_labels_with_word_2007.htm

If you prefer Word Perfect use that!
