How do you attach a excel 2003 file from word 2003

Hi,

I want to attach a excel (2003) file from word (2003). So in other words,
When I am using Microsoft Office Word 2003. I would like to click on the file
attached to the the document and open in excel. I can't remember how this
done.

Go to Insert > Object. Click the Create From File tab. Check the option for
"Display as icon", click the Browse button and choose the Excel file, and
click OK.

To open the attached file in Excel, double-click the icon in the Word
document.

Just found the answer to my own question. This is how you do it

goto to insert > object > select "Create From File and tick  where it says
Display As Icon. Find your file > click insert and press OK.
