why does every time i load my files that usally open in word i get a blank grey page, where have my files gone. please help. If the problem occurs only when you double-click the icons in Windows Explorer (not when you open them via the Open dialog box), try re-registering Word (see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/ReRegisterWord.htm).
