MS Office Forum / Word / Document Management / May 2008German format to english
I have several documents that were created using the German version of Office. When I try to add a footnote, the choices of the Insert Text always reflects German lanquage. If I cut-n-paste into a blank document from my English version, there is no change. In other words, I cannot get a footer or header choice to be displayed in english. Help! Ctrl+A to select the entire document, then go to Tools | Language | Set Language and change the language of the document to English (and turn off "Automatically detect language").
