I'm having issues with my computer. I recently had to reset my computer to the manufacturer's settings. Now Office is asking for a product key and the key I have on the back of my computer is not working. What can I do? The key on the back of the computer is for Windows. You need to find the key for Office. It will be on the CD case or Certificate of Authenticity that came with the CD.  SignatureSuzanne S.
