I recently upgraded from Office 2003 to 2007 on my Vista Ultimate PC. In 2003
I had created a few macros and had them availble on one of the toolbars.
After upgrading to Office 2007 I cannot find my macros. Have I lost them or
what?

There are no toolbars in Word 2007, but an upgrade from 2003 should have
transferred the macros - press ALT+F8 - are they listed? If not you will
need to copy them from normal.dot to normal.dotm (or put a copy of
normal.dot in the Word startup folder and rename it to macros.dot. That
should even bring across your custom toolbars - see
