Hi I am trying to insert fields in a document which is ok but want to customise them so people know what info they have to put in this particular field when they press F11 - dont know where my head is as I have done this before See the "Using MacroButton fields as a text marker" section of the article at http://word.mvps.org/faqs/tblsfldsfms/UsingMacroButton.htm.
