Make text not print

dose ne one know how to make text not print i don't want to have the text
hidden i want to be able to see it i just don't want the text to print.

any ideas plz

David, in case you haven't solved this problem yet, this will work:
Highlight the text you don't want to print.  Go to Format> Font> and
under "effects" check hidden.  You will still be able to see the text
on the screen as long as you have the show/hide button on and are in
normal view.  When you are ready to print, go to File>Print and hit the
Options button on the bottom left. On the Options screen, under
"Include With Document" make sure the Hidden Test box is NOT checked.

Sorry about the double entry.  This is the first time I've posted.

No problems with the double post. I have already used the hidden text option
but dose not work with wat i am trying to do. I am wanting to hide data base
feilds and use if then esle statments from the hidden text but the fileds
arn't read properly in the hidden text format.
