Files-Abc order

When I open files, they have always been in abc order...easy to
find....for some reason today when I went into WORD the documents are
scrambled  and appear to be saved in the order based on the last time
they were opened...How do I change it back to ABC order?

Click on the grey bar at the top of the "Name" column for A - Z; click
again for Z - A.
