In a Word document of several sections, with no overall page numbering, is
it possible to print a specific single page?

Sure, Sparky.  Don't click on printer icon at top since that just prints
everything.  Click on File.... Print Preview.   That will allow you to step
from page to page to see what page you want to print.  Then click on
File.... Print.. and in the print options just choose the page number that
you wish to print.
