I'm using Word 2000. I try to run spell check on my
document and get the following warning: "The spelling and
grammer check is complete. Text marked with 'Do not check
spelling or grammer' was skipped."
How do I turn this off so I can spell check the entire
document?
This document was originally a template I had to use for
work, but I liked it, and now use it for personal things.
I've tried to copy & paste to a new document but the same
thing happens. There must be coding in there somewhere,
but how do I find it and get rid of it?
Norm,
Tools>Language>Set language.
You will see the option to skip spelling on selected text. You can select
all text and then use this menu string ensure spelling check in on
throughout the document
