I am in the process of editing a policy manual to suit the needs of the
company I am working for. We are a collection of six doctor's practices and
the business office.

One of many of the policies that apply to medical records says: "Charts will
be kept in a separate area for deceased patients."

I am *so* glad I don't have to retrieve those records.

Bad form to misspell a word in this newsgroup, isn't it?
