Choose Tools - Options - Spelling and Grammar, and under Spelling, make sure
that Word isn't ignoring words in uppercase, etc.
If it's still skipping words, select the document, choose Tools - Language -
Set Language, and make sure that the "Do not check spelling or grammar"
option is not checked or shaded.

Where would I find "tools" on Windows XP Pro, SP2? Control Panel
doesn't even have any "tools."
Thank you,

Hi Barry,
Herb was referring to the Tools menu in the "Word" system (i.e. where you
typed your document). Windows is your operating system, not a word processing
system.
I hope it'll help,
Best wishes,
Thierry
