Hi, Its took me a long time to find the same information on when to use
'Yours sincerely' or 'Yours faithfully'.  I just wondering if anyone knows
why the 'Professional Letter' template in word uses 'Dear Sir or
Madam'........'Yours sincerely'.  Is this wrong?  Getting far too confused.
Thanks

There is no wrong or right on this subject. The choice of wording in your
closing is purely personal. You would be within the bounds of normal
business practice if you used just "Yours" or simply signed your name
without any closing.
