Hi

I've got a user who  was using Windows 2000 and Office 2000 until recently.
I've used the following Microsoft procedures to make a backup of his auto
correct entries:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;207748

I've since upgraded his pc to windows XP / Office 2003 but i'm now having
problems trying to import his auto correct entries into Word 2003.

I've run the Support.dot template on his pc, scrolled down and double
clicked on the Auto Correct Backup button and then selected Restore.  I've
then pointed to the Autocorrect Backup.doc file that contains all his auto
correct entries.

It says its copying all the entries into Word 2003 but on comparing what's
in auto correct with a print out of the Autocorrect Backup.doc, i'm finding
that none of the entries he's made have been copied over.

I'm not really sure what i'm doing wrong and would appreciate any help given
on this.

Thanks

Dave
