WTB Medical dictionary

I have looked at Dorfmans and Stedmans medical dictionary.  They don't
really say they interface with MS Word.

Looking to buy soon, any recommendations?

I should mention, I am looking for spell check capabilities for MS Work in a
client's Medical Office.
Need medical terminology capability.
