Nordic characters after pasting apeares in hebrew.

Hello,

I am in Finland ,we have finnish proofing tools
installed .My problem is when i copy text with nordic
character and paste it to word document which apears in
hebrew ,also it shows default language as hebrew. I work
as helpdesk and many users are effected by this problem
which needs to fix as soon as possible .

I have cross-posted to a more appropriate newsgroup.

Could you please supply details of:
* Word and Windows versions
* paste source
* is text labelled as Hebrew, or are the characters actually changing?
* are you pasting into a document that contains Hebrew text already?
* active keyboard language and any others enabled in Control Panel/Language

details.
OS -Windows 2000 SP4
MS office 2000 sp3
pasted source: outlook, notepad,wordpad.
text is not labeled hebrew but contains nordic characters.
keyboard language and regional settings are correct.
