Changing from UK to US language

Hi, I have WORD 2002 and Windows XP. I can't make the
language setting default to US English. Any ideas? Thanks.

Make sure your keyboard language (Control Panel) is set to English(US).

Any existing text will have to be retagged using the Set Language dialog.
Remember to select the text first.
