If you have Word 2000 or above, save the document as a Web page. The
graphics (including WordArt objects) will be saved out as separate GIFs or

Another option is to copy/paste in to MS Paint and save as a graphic file.

I know I am really stupid about this stuff but where do you fin MS Paint
