I'm trying to insert (link) a visio drawing into a word document, but keep getting the error message "The specific data type is unavailable."

Does anyone know why and how I can fix this problem?

Thanks,
Cathy

Do you have Visio installed on the computer? If not, you won't be able to
insert one. If you do have Visio installed, it sounds like Word doesn't
recognize that it is installed, and you may need to reinstall it to get it
to recognize it.

Hope this helps!
