Hello:

I really like the drawing tools in Word and am wondering if it is possible
to convert a Word 2003 drawing to a transparent .gif for use in a Web Page?

Thanks, Paul

Hi PBS,

Simple: Select the drawing object & copy it. Then use Edit|Paste Special and
choose the gif image type to create the gif image within the Word document.
You can then save the Word document as an HTML file, which will cause the
image to be saved to a separate file. Alternatively, having copied the image
in Word, simply paste it into a graphics program (eg Paint) and save as gif
from there.

Cheers
