Dear all,

I hope you can help me sort out this situation.  I have a Word document with multiple pictures each appearing multiple times.  I'd like to find a way to replace each picture with another picture using the Replace All function.  The problem is I can only use the Find graphics ^g specification, and Word replaces all pictures in the document with the new picture in ClipBoard.

Say, I have 3 pictures in my documents (1, 2, 3), each appearing 3 times
I'd like to replace Picture 1 with 1a, 2 with 2a, 3 with 3a each 3 times.
Word only allows me to find the pictures (9 instances) and replace them with 1 new picture.

Many thanks for your help.

G'day "Anh Pham" <AnhPham@discussions.microsoft.com>,

If you insert them as INLINE and LINKED they generate nice filenames
in their field names, so an ALT+F9 can help you replace them.
