A couple of things to try.
Re-register the Clip Gallery
Go to the Windows Start menu, point to Find, and click Files or Folders.
Type Artgalry.exe in the Named text box.
Select the drive in the Look in text box.
Click the Find Now button.
When Artgalry.exe is found, double-click on it. You will get the message: Clip
Gallery is now configured to run on your computer, when registration is complete.
Compact your Gallery, right-click any image in the catalog, click recover.
