I posted the question yesterday but the reply didn't work. I cleared the
cache and checked the link Mary listed but none of those things worked
either. It still comes up as an .art file and even when I select .bmp it
doesn't change and I can't see the photo. Do you have any other suggestions
or do you know of a program that converts .art files?
In IE, tools, Internet Options, settings button, view objects button, view, click
details, remove all objects that are unknown or damaged.
