Is there someone who know how to insert an image onto a
Word document but whithout saving in. In fact, i want to
insert just a link that will be resolved when the document
is shown or printed, but i don't want to increase the size
of my document with this image.

Insert | Picture | From File. In the Insert Picture dialog, select the
picture, press the arrow beside Insert, and choose "Link to File."
