I was typing some file folder labels from a template and I inserted a colored
line so I could color code.  It kept moving, so I locked the anchor and
selected "behind text" for the wrapping.  Now I can't select it to change the
color for my next labels.  How do I select it so I don't have to retype the
whole thing?

Hi D.,

From the drawing toolbar use the 'white arrow' icon and you
should then be able to click on the graphic (you may have to
zoom in on the view to get a 'clear shot' at it with your cursor).
