Thanks for the info, but it didn't answer my question. Even when I grouped
all of the objects, the two most recent text boxes didn't print.
Any other suggestions?

Hi Barb,
What's the version/build in Word in Help=>About?
Is this a document created in this version?
If you close Word, delete all files found with the string
~$*.*;*.tmp
then restart Word does it help?
How many objects are in this drawing canvas and how large
is the drawing canvas?
What printer model are you using?
Can you email one of the problem documents, as is?

I'm going to have to answer some of this tomorrow when I have access to the
document.
Is this a document created in this version? I have no idea. It was created
by another organization.
How many objects are in this drawing canvas and how large is the drawing
canvas? The drawing canvas fills an 8.5x11 sheet that is formated as
landscape. And I'd have to guess on the # of objects, but I'd have to guess
that it's easily 100 autoshapes, etc. and probably more.
Can you email one of the problem documents, as is? Nope. I may be able to
edit a problem document once I remove all identifying information. Of
course, by then, it may not be a problem document.
