I have the exact problem listed above. The Article ID for this problem is: 843284 Here's the link to it: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;843284 Now my real problem is that I use an OEM version of Office'03 and they require my credit card info when I call or email them for support. I don't need support I just need a link to the hotfix so I can download it. Anyone have a link to the hotfix? Hi N., The hotfixes for Office are generally not available for download, but are incorporated into the next Service Pack.
