I am try to create an Change Request form and want to create a button in a
form, and when you click on it, a picture (.jpg), will open which shows an
example of the problem to be changed. There may be a need for several
pictures...is all of this possible in Word?

Thanks in advance

You could create an autotext entry of the graphic. That'll store it in your
template (you might have to transfer the autotext entry to YOUR template if
you want your template "to travel".
See:

)
Then, record a macro of yourself using that autotext entry.
See: http://www.officearticles.com/word/record_a_macro_in_microsoft_word.htm
Then, assign that macro to a command button on your Word doc.

plications.htm
