Regarding Page Border / page orientation

Is it possible to create one patch in Grey scale on the
right/left side of the page border to give effects on the
page for documentation or will we compose the any Broder
(gif image) to insert in the page Border Option.

You cannot add to Word's Border Art options, but you can create any sort of
graphic anchored to the header paragraph (it can be anywhere on the page),
and it will repeat on every page. You could save it as an AutoText entry.
