Thanks Suzanne for this wonderful URL.  I had checked all the settings in the
Tools, Options, Print & View tabs that were mentioned before and mine were
already set to the recommended settings.  This URL mentioned that under
format + paragraph, that the line spacing could not be set to an exact value.
I was trying to print pictures embedded in a table cell and could see them
on screen and in print preview mode; however, they did not print on the page.
I had set my table row settings to "exactly" and when I changed them to "at
least", everything printed.
