clip art "no results"

I use clip art almost every day. If I type the
word "heart" in the search field, I used to get a large
amount of choices.  As of today, I either get "no
results" or just one image only no matter what I type in
the search field.  My "results should be" box says "All
media file types" as it did before, and the search in box
says "All collections" as it did before.  Any ideas?
I've spent most my day looking for an answer.  Nothing
has changed since I worked with the clip art a couple
days ago.

Empty your cache, in IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files.

Hi Sara,

See if clearing the temporary internet file cache
in Internet Explorer helps.  You may also want to
see if the system administrator needs to add access
to specific sites as part of their security/firewall
settings.  The current site is
 http://office.microsoft.com/clipart but going to
http://dgl.microsoft.com would ordinarily take you
there unless the computers have been set to not
accept redirection or to not allow cookies to be
written to the system.
