1.  I use "Alt + Print Screen" to save a web image.
2.  I paste and edit the image in a "Word" document.
3.  I "save as" the document.
4.  When I try to print it or view it in "print view" the image doesn't
print nor does it show in "print view".
What do I need to do to print the entire document, text and my inserted
image?

In Word, click on Tools | Options | Print | check the "Drawing
objects" box | OK.
