How do I possition my boxes within a table

how can i position my text box within a table, using advanced, but without
the boxdancing all over the page when i go to adjust the box in Microsoft Word

The 'dancing all over the page' is a function of the wrapping and checkbox
settings on the Layout > Advanced settings for the textbox. Take ten minutes
to experiment with these, then you'll be an expert user too. There really
isn't very much to it.
