i cant find jpeg in 'save as' to save a company logo i have drawn

i have drawn a company logo in word using various shapes and inserted
pics.....how do i save it as one complete picture so i can insert it as a
picture or object in other documents?

Try copying it to MS Paint then ypu can save as a JPEG

Save the document as HTML. The graphic will be saved separately. Whether the
quality is good enough to be worth importing into other documents is another
matter -- Word is generally a poor choice as a graphic editor.
