Thanks Suzanne but all of the offered fixes on this URL did not help.
Sometimes I could change the view (normal view, print view, etc.) and the
picture would show but if I scrolled down and then scrolled back up it was
the same problem.
Then your next step is into the Windows Control Panel - Display Properties.
Click the Advanced button on the Settings page & select the Troubleshoot
tab. Back the Hardware Accelleration setting down a couple of tickmarks,
click Apply & see if that makes a difference. Repeat as necessary. If this
fixes it, you need to contact the mfr of your video card/driver for a driver
update - or perhaps upgrade your video altogether.

Thanks Bob but this did not do it either. I don't think it's the graphics
card as I can put pictures into Excel with no problems with exception of a
very small picture of my signature I use for reports. Although the signature
does not show in the excel file all the imported 4 x 6 pictures show fine.
When I convert the Excel report to a PDF the signature shows up.
