how to move  a pitcure  from one spot on page to another by dragin

I have a pitucer that I have insurted and want to move it over a bit using
the mouse by draging but not sure how to do thjis and if I can?

Hi,

At the most basic level, you simply select the picture and drag it to where
you want it.

For fine control, you might want to use Format|Picture|Layout and set the
picture to 'Tight' or 'Square' before moving it. From the same dialogue box,
the 'Advanced' button gives you access to additional positioning controls.
