Trying to anchor clipart arrow on top of a .jpg so it moves with the
graphic. Is it possible?

Hi kbswedee,

You do that by selecting both objects and grouping them via the Drawing toolbar.

Cheers

... Just expanding on macropod's response - one object can't be anchored to
another. Each object must be anchored to a paragraph, but more than one can
be anchored to the same paragraph.

Grouping multiple objects allows them all to be anchored to the *same*
paragraph using a single anchor *and* prevents disturbing their position
relative to one another.
