I have Microsoft Vista Home Edition And when I receive an email that has

and under neath it says click here, I receive a popup that says "Application
not found."
This doesn't allow me to go to the enternet. I need help!Or if I receive
pictures
the same thing happens. I must use the http// code and go to the enternet.
This
problem started about a month ago and keeps getting worse.
