Hi, I'm using Word 2003 and I've begun to experience Word hanging when I attempt to open up a document with clip art in it, when Word does open up some of the clip art won't load up general. Thanks Craig See if there is an update to your graphic/video driver at the manufacture's web site. You can test whether or not your driver is failing: Right-click the desktop, properties, Settings tab, advanced button, troubleshoot tab, slide down the acceleration a couple of notches. If your clipart appears okay in Word, you need to update your driver. If it is just this one, delete the image(s) and re-insert. Pictures become corrupt or it simply is large and takes longer to load. Did it make a difference?
