Pasting pictures from the web in Word 2003

Had saved furniture pictures in previous version of Word.
Now my saved files show only the frames, no pictures or photos at all.
Updated the system, but nothing changed.
Anybody knows what I must download to get it working? Please...

First, try going to Tools > Options > View, unchecking Picture Placeholders and
checking Drawing Objects.

If that doesn't help, you may need to reduce or turn off the graphics hardware
acceleration on your video card. Go to the Windows Control Panel > Display >
Settings > Advanced > Troubleshoot and move the slider toward the left.
