I have Word 2002 in an MS Office environment.  I have a JPEG graphic that
I've used multiple times in the past without problems. I have inserted it
into a blank Word document.  Once done, a "ghost image", which is also a
mirrored-image, shows up in the JPEG both on  the computer screen and when
printed.  Can you suggest how I can stop this from happening?

If it is only this one image, I suspect it is damaged. Might try to find a fresh
copy.
