In the Labels dialog, leave the Address box empty and click the New Document
button. That creates a document containing a table in which each cell is sized
to match one card.
Create your text in the first card, copy it to the clipboard, select the whole
table, and paste to fill all the cells.

if you want to use a graphic image along with the text.
