I want to move my address book to Microsoft Office Outlook from Outllok
Express.

In Outlook from the File menu select Import and Export and then select
Import from another program or file and click on the Next button. One of
the options that you are then given is to import from Outlook Express 4.x,
5.x, 6.x or Windows Mail
