I have used the 'print screen' button on many occasions to capture screen
shots.  Often I have captured multiple shots, pasting to a word document
before capturing another.  This has allowed me to create an image of my using
messenger and webcam with my family at home in the UK.
This evening I was only able to capture 1 image and then no more.  Now as I
try to investigate what the problem is my 'print screen' button captures
nothing at all! Can anyone help?

I have recently installed a new printer with 'smart web' printing.  Could
this be a problem?

It sounds as though you have filled up a buffer somewhere. Are you doing this
online via some service provider. Sometimes you have to have a clutter out of
the storage space they allocate to you. If its not that, have you unwittingly
created some enormous 'temp' file that needs clearing. Take a look at your
disk using Windows Explorer (Start/programs/accessories/) and see if you can
find something of that nature

This is not a Word issue but occasionally you can get problems of this sort
that are cured by a reboot.

If that is not the case then it is most likely some program interfering with
the clipboard and anything new that you have installed is always first
choice as culprit; if you uninstall the printer does the problem go away?
