Specify text wrapping of something other than 'in-line' and you will get the
rotation handle top middle of your picture

Is this a new feature in 2007?  because I can't make it work in 2000 or
2003???

I tried square -- tight... neither give me any rotation option.

No, this is not new. It should work in 2000 or 2003.

When you specify text wrapping are you saying you don't see the little
circles at the corners and middle sides of your picture when you click on it
and more importantly, a green one top middle? (I'm still on 2003)
Have you tried it with a local picture rather than one from the net

Okay -- I have both 2000 and 2003 installed.  I did get it to work on
2003 -- but not on 2000.  I thought I tried on both before -- but evidently
not.

But on 2000 -- can't get it to work.

Sorry for the misinformation.
