Hello - I am having trouble with the clip art downloads.

I can save the picture just fine but cannot enlarge any
from the web.  They become blurry and distorted.  I need
them for a large graphic on the front page of a project
booklet.

I also cannot enlarge the page borders.  The same thing
happens.  They import very small and will not enlarge.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated!

Technically speaking, what you are asking for is impossible; you
cannot invent res from nowhere. For starters, I suggest you check out
my free computer art primer available from the free online magazine at
www.raycomm.com (Tech Whirlers).

Without more info it is impossible to give you a definitive solution.
However, generally speaking you need to contact the original artist
and get hold of a picture rendered at a much higher resolution.
