Problem with Word 2002 - the screen doesn't display fill
colours within autoshapes (and Word Art and text boxes,
etc., etc). The colours print out OK, both onto hard copy
and into PDF files, but I can't see any fill colours on
screen (or on Print Preview screen, either).
Problem also applies to Excel 2002, but not Powerpoint
2002.
Help, anyone?

Thanks.
My version of MS Office (XP Professional) has
no "Background colours" tickbox in the View tab.
Any other ideas?

Hi Dvorak,
But you see everything in the dialog boxes? The color
palettes display, but the colors are all... what? Black?
White? Gray?
have you checked with the manufacturer of your graphics card
whether there's not an updated driver optimized to work with
Word 2002?
